DANNY DE HEK
I investigate organised fraud and name the people behind it — no filters, no fear, no takedowns.
I’m Danny de Hek, a New York Times–featured investigative journalist exposing scams, Ponzi schemes, and MLM frauds through DANNY DE HEK
INVESTIGATIONS.
Every episode is drawn from my real investigations — solo recordings that call out scammers, dissect fraudulent networks, and uncover the digital evidence they try to hide.
There are no guests, no scripts, and no polite conversations — just raw, unfiltered truth. When you listen to this podcast, you’re hearing the same investigations that appear on my YouTube channel and website, available across 18 platforms so the truth can’t be silenced.
Expose. Protect. Take action.

E-Estate: Business As Usual
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
[Verse 1]
They said this was the future,
Real estate upon the chain.
Buy a token, earn forever,
Watch the passive income rain.
They told me I just didn't get it,
Said I was spreading fear and doubt.
So I opened up the records,
And started checking everything out.
I watched the webinars and Zoom calls,
Read every filing I could find.
Funny how the deeper I dug...
The harder truth became to find.
[Pre-Chorus]
I searched the companies.
I checked the names.
I followed the money...
Then followed it again.
The marketing sparkled.
The evidence stalled.
Somebody had answers...
Just not for us all.
[Chorus]
E-Estate... business as usual...
That's what the promoters say.
Texas served a cease and desist,
But they kept recruiting anyway.
"Don't read the Order..."
"Trust us instead..."
When somebody fears your questions,
That's a red flag in my head.
[Verse 2]
Executive profiles looked impressive,
Corporate websites shining bright.
Every slide looked picture perfect,
Everything looked polished right.
They talked about the properties,
The profits rolling in.
But when I followed every document...
The questions would begin.
They said, "Don't worry, we've got lawyers."
They smiled and carried on.
Funny how the sales pitch never changed,
Even after Texas came along.
[Chorus]
E-Estate... business as usual...
Just keep believing every word.
If you ask too many questions,
You'll be told you're just disturbed.
Read the filings.
Check the facts.
Don't let confidence replace the truth,
'Cause sometimes it never comes back.
[Bridge]
They waved an SEC filing,
Like it settled every doubt.
But page one tells a different story...
Maybe read the whole thing out.
It wasn't an approval.
It wasn't rubber stamped.
Sometimes paperwork gets used
To make a sales pitch sound more grand.
[Guitar Solo]
[Verse 3]
Zoom meetings every evening,
Facebook Live all day.
"Everything is business as usual..."
No matter what they say.
A whistleblower found me,
Said, "Keep digging through the files."
Funny how the evidence
Keeps stretching mile by mile.
Every answer raised a question,
Every claim deserved a look.
Turns out the biggest story...
Wasn't written in the book.
[Breakdown]
I don't sell investments.
I don't sell dreams.
I don't promise fortunes...
Or passive income streams.
I just preserve the evidence.
I ask what others won't.
And every time I follow facts...
The story tells itself.
[Final Chorus]
E-Estate... business as usual...
Until the regulators call.
Funny how the loudest voices
Suddenly don't talk at all.
Read the filings.
Follow the money.
Question every claim.
Because every Ponzi changes names...
But somehow...
They all play the same game.
[Outro]
They said,
"Trust the vision."
I said,
"I'll trust the evidence."
Case closed?
Not yet.
